This privacy policy explains how Lucid Multiverse Press (“we,” “us”), publisher of the Phillip Aisling series and the Lucid Journeys podcast, handles information collected through phillipaisling.com and related tools.
Information we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: if you subscribe, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Site usage: our website and hosting provider may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may use cookies to keep the site working.
- Purchases: book and merchandise purchases are handled by third-party retailers and our online store, which process payment details under their own privacy policies.
Google user data
Our internal production tool connects to Google Drive only for the studio’s own account. It uses the limited drive.file permission, which allows access only to files the app creates or that are explicitly opened with it. We use this access solely to store and retrieve our own podcast and publishing project files. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we use and share information
We use information only to run the website, send newsletters you requested, and operate our publishing and podcast work. We share it only with service providers that help us do those things (such as our hosting and email providers), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
